Welcome to the DEALERS CORNER of our Website. Here you will find things just for you, such as up-to-the-minute Show information, hotel information, setup times, Show Applications and other information that we may need to share with you from time to time. We welcome your comments, ideas and suggestions, so as to make our Shows the very best they can be. We thank you and appreciate you for being a vital part of our Shows. At the bottom of this page you can click on the Show Agreements page, or use the navigation at the top.

We reserve the right to accept or reject a Dealers application, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. It is our intention to maintain a high standard of quality and ethical Dealers for our Shows, and to do everything possible to maintain our reputation. The rejection of a Dealers application does not necessarily mean that they have a bad reputation but it could be rejected for a number of reasons. We may already have enough Dealers at a show selling the same type of merchandise, or the merchandise offered by a Dealer does not meet the standards and/or concept of our Shows.

When a new Dealer applies for a Show, we do screen their background for ethics, past legal problems and their overall attitude and business dealings. A Dealer who has participated in one or more of our Shows, is not necessarily given the right to participate in future Shows. There may be circumstances that may have changed, or new information about A Dealer may have been brought to our attention. If we do reject an application, it is within our sole discretion, and a Dealer has no recourse for such action. 

If a Dealer uses deceit, another name, shares space with another Dealer, and/or any other means to try and get into one of our Shows, we reserve the right to have them not unpack, or to pack up, and leave our Show at once, without a refund, and they shall have no recourse whatsoever. Each Dealer MUST list on their application the names of every person who will be sharing space with them or helping them at the Show in any way whatsoever. Failure to do so could cause you to be asked to leave the Show without a refund or recourse of any kind. We do NOT accept Dealers who just show up and expect space, as all of our Shows are pre-planned events.

In fairness to all of our wonderful Dealers, we must maintain a certain level of ethics and integrity for Dealers. This also lets our Buyers know that they are doing business with quality Dealers with good reputations. Additionally, we expect our Dealers to dress as professionals on Show Days. See below.

We do expect a certain Professional Dress Code on Show Days.
No short shorts, no revealing tops, no tank tops, no flip flops.
We want you to look and act Professional so as to help maintain the overall concept and appearance of our regular Shows and especially our Doll EXPO'S.


Dealers, please keep in mind one VERY IMPORTANT factor about the way we do business. We assign space and do our table and booth layouts for a Show based on a first paid basis. We feel this is the most fair way to treat all of you, the first one to send in a check gets their choice spot. We try to give each and every Dealer the location and setup that they prefer, however, when you are one of the very last to sign up for a Show, you can't expect to get a Wall or Wall Corner or at the front door. Please work with us on this. If you know you're going to do a particular Show, then sign up early. We have some Dealers who are now signing up a year in advance. Thank you for your understanding. DEALERS AGREEMENTS

In the January 2009 mailing, I picked up an old agreement or two and copied them. At the bottom they refer to setting up on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.

PLEASE DISREGARD THIS LINE. WE DO NOT SET UP ON SATURDAY EXCEPT WHERE WE ARE USING AN UNSECURE AREA, SUCH AS A PRE FUNCTION AREA OUTSIDE A BALLROOM. WE SET UP DURING THE TIMES SPECIFIED IN EACH AGREEMENT ON FRIDAYS ONLY, EXCEPT WHERE NOTED.

IF YOU CANCEL A SHOW

If for some reason, you must cancel a Show, after the refund date printed on that Show Agreement, then you will forfeit all of the money you have paid. We will NOT allow you any future credit or a refund for that money. As we prepare new Show Agreements, they will specify NO REFUNDS. There will be NO REFUND OR CREDIT if you can and/or cannot make it to a Show. 

You must understand that we have to commit to the venues and we rent, and pay for, the venue, tables and chairs in advance, and when someone may cancel, we still have to pay for that space,  tables and chairs. The cost to us varies from venue to venue and it must be paid regardless whether they are used or not.

It is very costly to promote a Show. We must rent a facility, rent tables and chairs, promote and advertise the event, maintain a website, print and mail flyers, contracts and postcards, pay travel expenses, lodging, food, for help and all the little things that come along. Some venues charge setup fees, teardown fees, cleanup fees, for utilities, for keeping the trash cans empty and restrooms clean, for adding our show to their signage, and anything else they can think of. We have yet to have a profitable year.  
 
We do our best to treat everyone fairly but we must also be sure that all costs to us are covered. Thanks.
